During the trial, you have full access to Week 1 of the program (The Wiring — all 7 daily sessions) and Week 2 (The Shame Layer — days 8–14), plus the Emergency Toolkit. At the end of 14 days, your subscription begins based on the plan you choose. If you decide it's not right for you, you can cancel before the trial ends with no charge.

Yes. ADHD Mind is designed to work alongside medication, therapy, or other treatments. It's not a replacement for medical care — it's a complement to it. If you're on medication, continue taking it as prescribed. If you have questions about interactions or timing, consult with your prescribing doctor. Many users combine ADHD Mind with their existing treatment plan.
ADHD Mind is built for people with ADHD, but you don't need a formal diagnosis to use it. If you recognize yourself in the symptoms and patterns we describe — task paralysis, shame, rejection sensitivity, emotional flooding, rejection sensitivity — the program can help. That said, if you suspect you have ADHD but don't have a diagnosis, talking to a healthcare provider is always a good first step. ADHD Mind complements professional evaluation, not replaces it.
Meditation teaches you to observe thoughts and feelings without judgment. ADHD Mind uses structured hypnotherapy to work with the nervous system patterns that generate those thoughts and feelings in the first place. Think of it this way: meditation gives you a hand on the volume dial. ADHD Mind works at the layer underneath. Both can be valuable, but they work at different layers.
Each daily session is about 22 minutes total: 2 minutes of pattern insight (educational audio), 15 minutes of hypnotherapy, and 5 minutes of reset breathwork. You can do them all at once or spread them through your day. Emergency Toolkit sessions are each ~20 minute full clinical sessions (a couple run to 25 min) for acute moments.
