We're here to help you get the most out of ADHD Mind. If you don't see your question below, email us directly — we read every message.
Email: support@adhdmind.app
Response time: We aim to reply within 2 business days. For urgent billing issues, tell us the receipt email and we'll prioritize it.
ADHD Mind is built and supported by a small team at Sterling Mind. We read every email personally; we don't route support through a chatbot.
You get 9 days of full access — all of Week 1 (The Foundation, days 1–7) plus the first 2 days of Week 2 (The Shame Layer, days 8–9). On day 10 you'll be asked to subscribe to continue. No payment is collected during the trial.
Yes. The Emergency Toolkit is free forever — 10 on-demand sessions like The Reset, The Ground, and The Rejection that you can use anytime a pattern hits hard. You keep access to the toolkit even if your trial expires and you never subscribe.
No. ADHD Mind is a wellness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. The hypnotherapy content is designed to work alongside whatever else you're doing — medication, therapy, coaching, lifestyle changes. Please keep working with your healthcare providers.
All subscriptions are managed through your App Store account, not through ADHD Mind directly. To cancel:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. Cancelling during the free trial prevents any charge.
All refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the ADHD Mind charge. Apple reviews refund requests within a few days. Sterling Mind cannot process App Store refunds directly.
Open the app, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. This reconciles your App Store receipt with your ADHD Mind account. If that doesn't resolve it, email us your receipt email and the approximate purchase date.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your account email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data within 30 days. If you can't reach the in-app option (for example, because you can't sign in), email support@adhdmind.app from the address on your account and we'll complete deletion for you.
Deletion removes: account profile, progress history, self-assessment responses, and subscription status record. It does not cancel an active App Store subscription — you'll need to cancel that separately through your Apple ID.
Email support@adhdmind.app from your account's email address with the subject line Data export request. We'll send a copy of your personal data within 30 days.
A few things to try, in order:
If none of that works, email us with your iOS version and phone model — we'll dig in.
ADHD Mind unlocks one daily session per calendar day (based on your phone's time zone) to keep the protocol paced. If you think a session should be available but isn't, try closing and reopening the app, or check that your device's date and time are set to automatic.
Yes. Sign in with the same account on both devices and your progress will sync. Your App Store subscription covers both.
Yes. Tap Library to revisit any daily session or Emergency Toolkit session you've unlocked. Many patterns benefit from a second or third listen.
Nothing bad happens. The protocol picks up where you left off. We don't do punishment streaks — if the app made you feel worse for missing a day, it would be doing the opposite of what we built it to do.
We build ADHD Mind based on what the community tells us matters. If you have a feature idea, a pattern you wish we covered, or something that isn't working the way you expected, email support@adhdmind.app with the subject line Feedback. We read every one.
ADHD Mind is not a crisis service. If you are thinking about hurting yourself or someone else, or you are in immediate danger, please reach out to a crisis line or emergency services.
If you'd prefer to reach a person who isn't a hotline, please consider contacting your doctor, a therapist, a trusted friend, or a family member. You deserve support from someone who can be present with you.
